- 1999-2005 ~ Joan Bontje - Artists 'Studio 7' in Ayr Ontario presenting watercolour, acrylic and sketches.
- 1999-2005 ~ Art Director for the Village of Ayr . Organized and showed work at several Ayr Village Art Shows, as well as the North Dumfries Studio Tour. I also acted as a Children's Art instructor during this period for community groups

Ongoing Art Studies and Development:
As an artist I feel it is important to not only let my inner spirit guide my hand but to also learn from others along the way. I have taken classes and pursued every opportunity to further myself as an artist.
